Terms Of Service

By following through with payment and commissioning me, you are agreeing to the TERMS OF SERVICE. Please read through carefully before proceeding with your order.

❥i. GENERAL INFORMATION
✎ The artist reserves the right to refuse or decline the commission without detailed explanation.
✎ The artist retains all right to the artwork itself, though the character whom is being illustrated may belong to the customer and/or whichever franchise it is from. The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own property.
✎ The work given is for personal use unless otherwise has been discussed with the artist and the client.
✎ Commercial use is prohibited unless discussed with the artist. A suitable fee will be discussed between the artist and the client depending on the use.ii. PAYMENT & PROCESS
✎ Current available payment methods include: PayPal, Gift Cards, Discord Nitro & Occasionally I may take in-game currencies such as Robux.
✎ All prices listed are in USD, please do let me know if you are using another currency.
✎ For Discord Nitro prices, I follow this format: $10USD = 1 month of nitro. (I.e. $20 commission is translated to 2 months of nitro)
✎ For Robux prices, I follow DEVEX rates, and I apply a 30% extra tax on top of that due to the usage of gamepasses. This tax is taken away if you are using a gift card.
✎ Process goes as the following: Google form submission is accepted -> Artist and the client discuss any details about the commission and/or ask any questions -> Payment is sent and recieved -> Artist completes sketch -> Sketch is approved by client or minor changes are made -> Artist finishes the illustration(s) and it is emailed to the client.iii. OTHER INFORMATION
✎ Priority/Rush Order is always available, please specify if you have a deadline or you would like to be placed in front of the other orders. A suitable fee will be applied depending on the deadline. (1.5x - 3x Total commission price may be applied.)
✎ Commercial Use is also always available, please specify this as well so we may discuss a suitable fee for the use of my work. (Commercial Use: Merchandise, promotional artwork, apparel, prints, or anything that you may recieve income from.)╰┈➤ I WILL draw..
❥ Suggestive: Revealing outfits, poses, expressions, or scenes/themes that may express anything inherently sexual.
❥ Nudity: Naked variants of an illustration are available. 1.5x - 2x fee is applied depending on the complexity of the commission.
❥ Kemonomimi: Characters with animal parts such as ears and/or tails, horns, etc.
❥ Light Gore: Scratches, bruises, blood, etc.
❥ Feminine characters/body types╰┈➤ I WILL NOT draw..
❥ Masculine characters/body types: I don't know how to draw dudes.
❥ Heavy gore
❥ Mecha/Full Furry
❥ Elderly characters
